This petition is filed seeking to withdraw and transfer the proceedings in HMOP.No.647 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Principal Sub-Court, Poonamalle to the III Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. During the course of hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection in transferring H.M.O.P. No.647 of 2022 pending on the file of Principal Sub-Court, Poonamalle to III Additional Family Court, Chennai.

3. Considering the same, the petition is allowed as sought for and the learned Sub-Judge, Poonamallee is directed to send the entire records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.647 of 2022 to the III Additional Family Court, Chennai and on receipt of the records the learned Family Court Judge, Chennai is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P. No.647 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
