This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records culminating in FIR in Crime No.104 of 2011 dated 06.09.2011 on the file of the 1st respondent herein and quash the same.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.104 of 2011 was completed and the final report in C.C. No.501 of 2015 has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, No.VII, Coimbatore. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as having become infructuous. Connected M.P. is also closed.
