2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the 2nd respondent and also the relevant documents. It is seen that a sum of Rs.17,95,459/- was credited to the account of the petitioner through ECS in the bank account maintained by the petitioner in Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank Limited.

3.In view of the above, this petition is closed.
