By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 08.02.2018, submitted by the petitioner for removing the names of the other persons, whose names were wrongly mentioned in the patta No.4865 dated 07.02.2018 in respect of S.No.739/2A2, issued to him.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the first respondent. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the representation dated 08.02.2018 made by the petitioner is directed to be considered by the first respondent, on merits.

Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the said representation was forwarded to the Tahsildar, the third respondent herein, by the first respondent. Therefore, the third respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
