ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.1199 of 2017, pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has raised various factual issues before this Court and the same cannot be taken into consideration at this stage.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner is urged of retirement and the pending FIR is going against the interest of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent police, to complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
