O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 07.01.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for removal of the name of the fourth respondent in Patta No.8257 with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.M.Mohamed Afridi, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent along with necessary documents. On receipt of the same, the 2/4

second respondent shall deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the fourth respondent and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation from the petitioner. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
