This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent not to harass and are ready to abide by the conditions imposed by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that petitioner's husband is an accused in Crime No.21 of 2021 registered by the first respondent for the offence under Sections 106, 407 and 420 of IPC. He would submit that the petitioner's husband is absconding, thereby, in order to find out the whereabouts of the petitioner's husband, the first respondent has summoned the petitioner. Other than that the first respondent is not harassing the petitioner.
3. It is made clear, since the petitioner is not an accused in this case, the first respondent shall not unnecessarily harass her under the guise of enquiry.
4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
