O R D E R

This civil revision petition is filed praying for direction to dispose of O.S.No.349 of 2007 pending on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Poonamallee within a time frame.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed the suit for permanent injunction and the defendants have been dragging on the proceedings unnecessarily.

3. It is seen that this Court, while dismissing the civil revision petition in CRP.PD.No.568 of 2012, dated 10.02.2012, issued direction to the Learned District Munsif, Poonamallee, to dispose of the suit within a period of one year.

4. The Learned District Munsif, Poonamallee, has sent a report stating that the evidence of P.W.1 was closed on 15.04.2013 and Exs.A1 to A16 were marked through him. Subsequently, the defendants have examined five witnesses and marked Exs.B1 to B93. The evidence of D.W.6 was over on 07.01.2015 and the suit was posted for cross-examination of Thasildhar, Maduravoyal on 18.02.2015 finally. The learned District Munsif, Poonamallee, has sought for one month time to dispose of the suit.

5. Considering the report submitted by the learned District Munsif, Poonamallee and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Learned Principal District Munsif, Poonamallee, is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 30.04.2015.
