(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the order passed by the Controller of Examinations pursuant to the direction issued by this court in para 10 of our order.

2. It is found that some malpractice has been committed and as per the order of this court, the punishment seems to have been imposed to

cancel the examination already written. In that view of the matter, nothing arises for consideration by way of review. The candidate would be permitted to appear for the next examination. The review application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
