This miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP No.2870 of 2016 dated 08.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen from the records that the 3rd petitioner Gugan (A.4) is a juvenile and was granted anticipatory bail by this court in Crl.OP No.2870 of 2016. Hence, the order passed by this Court in favour of the 3rd petitioner is hereby recalled. With regard to the 2nd petitioner (A.3), the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the 2nd petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation. In respect of the 1st petitioner, the condition imposed by this court on 08.03.2016 shall stand unaltered.

4. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
