This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 12.08.2016 made in I.A.No.19 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No.43 of 2011 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Maduranthakam.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, the parties have decided to live together and the main H.M.O.P itself was disposed of on 26.06.2018 and as such, nothing survives for consideration in the Civil Revision Petition.

3. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.20242 of 2016 is closed.
