O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.27198 of 2015 dated 25.11.2016, in and by which, this Court, quashed the impugned orders dated 14.08.2012 and 16.02.2015 passed by the respondent and further directed the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in any non-sensitive post, where the Department feels that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner can be accommodated.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned special Government Pleader for respondent.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, both learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special Government Pleader for respondent submitted that the order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent. Since the order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
