(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The deteneue has been procured and brought before us. Admittedly, she is a major, according to learned Additional Government Pleader, she was living in one Abirami Ladies Hostel at Trichy, from where she has been secured.

2. We have interacted with the detenue, she refused to go with her parents. According to her, the parents are preventing her from marrying the person whom she likes.

3. Since, the detenue is a major aged about 26 years and she has very clearly expressed her disinclination to go with her parents, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
