ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges that the private respondent Nos.5 to 9 have encroached on the Government land classified as "Pattai Poramboke" comprised in S.No.148 situated at Perungalathur village, Thandarampattu Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District. It is stated that the Government land is the access to the lands of the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid, we direct the Tahsildar/respondent No.4 to cause an inspection of the area within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and if an, encroachment is found, to take action in accordance with law and conclude the same within a maximum period of three months' thereafter.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
