ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent herein viz. The Inspector of Police, Fairlands Police Station, Salem, Salem District not to harass the petitioner herein unnecessarily.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the tenant. Now, a new Agreement for tenant ship has been entered into between the petitioner and the landlord. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.In the light of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
