This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order dated 22.09.2016, passed in I.A.No.34 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2015 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Vellore.

2. Today, when the Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing, there is no representation on either side. However, on verification of the E-Court website it is seen that, the main H.M.O.P itself has been disposed of on 27.01.2017 and as such, nothing survives for consideration in the Civil Revision Petition.
