This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 10(b) in Crl.O.P.No.28542 of on 23.02.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, P-5, MKB Nagar Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of four months except from the court hearings.
