O R D E R

This petition has been filed to issue direction to dispose of D.V.A.No.13 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 24.07.2018, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur has sent a communication dated 01.08.2018 explaining the delay in the disposal of DVA No.13 of 2014. A reading of the report shows that the Magistrate is over burdened with other cases and that the parties in this case are also not co-operating with him in the disposal of the case. However, Mr.Guruprasad, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case was posted today (08.10.2018) for the cross-examination of the respondents and the case has been adjourned to tomorrow (09.10.2018).

3. In such view of the matter, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur, to complete the trial in DVA No.13 of 2014 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided the parties co-operate and there is no legal impediment.
