The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 296(b), 303, 351(2) of BNS Act, 2023, in Crime No.Not Known of 2026, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent / State on instructions, submitted that there is no petition or enquiry is pending against the petitioner.
