CORAM

THE HONOURABLE Ms. JUSTICE R.MALA C.R.P.(PD).No.4555 of 2015 V.Yamini ..Petitioner /vs/ T.S.Ganesh Babu ..Respondent PRAYER :Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the I Additional Family Court, Chennai for time bound disposal of F.C.O.P.No.4215 of 2011.

For Petitioner : Mrs.Sudha Ramalingam

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the I Additional Family Court, Chennai for time bound disposal of F.C.O.P.No.4215 of 2011. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner/wife submitted that that petitioner filed the petition in F.C.O.P.No.4215 of 2011 for divorce. The respondent/husband filed the counter and contested the same. He further

submitted that the said petition is pending for more than four years and hence, he sought for early disposal of the same.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the typed set of papers. Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4.Considering the argument advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and since the divorce petition is pending for more than five years, I am of the view that it is a fit case to direct the Trial Court for early disposal of F.C.O.P.No.4215 of 2011. Accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the petition in F.C.O.P.No.4215 of 2011 within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
