Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.8943 of 2015 dated 28.10.2015, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court from 20.04.2015 onwards.

4. In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

This miscellaneous petition is modified accordingly.
