Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. According to the petitioner, on their patta land they put up a temple and that it is not having any hundial or any features of a public temple. According to him, the respondents have no jurisdictional authority to interfere with the running of the petition mentioned temple.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that as of now, the respondents do not propose to interfere with the administration of the petition mentioned temple.

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
