ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondent to cancel the partnership deed and general Power of Attorney presented by the fourth respondent, by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 25.01.2024.

2. Heard Mr. R.Naresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2, and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate for third respondent.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the first and second respondent are 2/5

not vested with any power to cancel the documents. That apart, there is absolutely no indication in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition as to when such partnership deed was presented for registration and when the Power of Attorney was presented for registration. Therefore, the entire relief sought in this writ petition is vague without sufficient particulars.
