When the case was taken up for hearing on 07.03.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner herein. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted to today, i.e., on 12.03.2018 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today, when the case is taken up for hearing, neither the petitioner nor the learned counsel representing the petitioner are present.

3. Further, the prayer sought for by the petitioner, in this writ petition is, against the respondents to give permission / approval to the petitioner-Institute to conduct Diploma in Teacher Training (DTE) Course from 2005-06.

4. This Court is of the opinion that such a prayer does not survive for adjudication, at this distant point of time.

5. In view of the above, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
