Pursuant to the notice issued to the respondents, today the learned standing counsel for the respondents produced the proceedings of the Appellate Authority passed on 22.11.2017, wherein, the matter has been referred back to State Level Committee (SLC) to review the decision.

In the light of the amendment to the Wood Based Industries (WBI) guidelines, 2017, the said order has been passed on 22.11.2017, by the Appellate Authority. 2.Recording the same, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same is disposed of.
