ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the person or body of the petitioner daughter Sridevi, aged about 19 years before this Court, hand over to the petitioner and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation made thus far would reveal that it is a case of elopement. However, efforts are still on to secure the detenue. 4.Considering the above, we direct the second respondent to proceed with the investigation and as and when, the detenue is secured, she should be produced before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.

5.With the abovesaid observation, the habeas corpus petition stands disposed of.
