This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2024 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 herein and conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition petition is disposed of.

No costs.
