By an order dated 14.02.2025, this Court allowed the above petition on condition of payment of costs amounting to Rs.3,000/- payable to the learned Government Pleader.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for appellants filed a cost memo for the tendering of the cost of Rs.3,000/- and the same is recorded.

3. Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order, and to post the matter on 09.04.2025.
