Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8291 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.386 of 2017 by an order dated 04.07.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.BALASUBRAMANIAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S V.ARUL, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court, vide order dated 04/07/17, suspended the sentence on condition that the petitioner shall execute the bond for a sum of Rs.5000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, Coimbatore within two weeks and further petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Now, the petitioner has come up with this petition seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court on 04/07/2017 on the ground that he is complying with the condition regularly from 17/07/2017 till date.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the stated circumstances, this petition is ordered and the condition is fully relaxed.
