This is an amendment petition.

2. In Crl.O.P.No.33556 of 2014 dated 30.12.2014, this Court granted anticipatory bail.

3. Mistakenly the offences have been mentioned as Sections 498(A), 406, 323, 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act instead of Sections 498(A), 406, 323, 313, 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and the same is required to be amended.

4.(i) Petition allowed.

(ii) In paragraph 1 of the order dated 30.12.2014 in Crl.O.P.No.33556 of 2014, the offences shall be read as 498(A), 406, 323, 313, 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

(iii) Petitioners shall execute the bail bond within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this amendment order as per order, dated 30.12.2014.

(iv) The amendment shall be carried out in the original order dated 30.12.2014.

(v) Office shall issue fresh order copy after carrying out the amendment.
