..Respondents Prayer :-Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned Notification dated 24.02.2016 issued by the second respondent Vide Office Memorandum No.527/PONSHE/Esst./E-2/2015 (PF-4), and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant two years time period enabling the petitioner to get qualified by passing NET/SLET/PhD as prescribed by the UGC, in the light of the Memorandum issued by the first respondent vide No.42418/CS (Edn.-1)/E11/2015, dated 17.07.2015 and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to absorb the petitioner directly without the intervention of the third respondent and pay salary to the petitioner on par with the regular staffs on the principle of Equal Pay for Equal Work, by considering the petitioners long term of service with the second respondent institution and pass necessary orders.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner sought for permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
