This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 31.08.2021 to survey the land and grant patta in favour the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner's application dated 31.08.2021 for issuance of patta

has been considered and the same was rejected vide proceedings dated 24.06.2022 in Na.Ka.No.780/2022/Aa1 and the same has been submitted before this Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
