The petitioner seeks to direct the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.11.2014 and to file a final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. A reading of the complaint dated 21.11.2014 given by the petitioner would make it clear that the petitioner had advanced Rs.4,23,605/- (Rupees four lakhs twenty three thousand and six hundred and five only) to Bhagavan Distributors and towards the discharge of that loan, the auditor, Ramalingam gave original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

document of title and assured to redeem the same after payment of loan and subsequently it was learnt that he had sold the property which was given to the petitioner.

4. According to me, the transaction is only civil in nature and no criminal office is made out and hence this Petition is dismissed.
