This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 211 days in filing the A.S.SR.No.43950 of 2024.
2. Notice has been duly served on the respondent. However, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent and no counter affidavit has been filed.
3. The Appeal has been filed by the aggrieved defendant against a money decree. The delay of 211 days in preferring appeal is attributed to the illiteracy of the appellant.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 211 days is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
