This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that a regular FIR in Crime No.345 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC has been registered against the petitioners on 04.04.2018.
