ORDER

(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 2 and 3.

2. While reducing the punishment imposed upon the appellant, we have ordered for reinstatement without backwages for the period from the date of dismissal till the date of reinstatement and it is observed by this court that it shall be without continuity of service. Now, having heard the counsel for the parties, we hereby clarify that that it shall be with continuity of service. Accordingly, the review application is disposed of. No costs.
