This Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner on the ground that the counsel for the respondent in the Trial Court is a Public Prosecutor cum Government Pleader of Thiruvarur Court and hence he could not get a fair hearing. This cannot be a ground for transfer of the case. Hence the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
