This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the orders made in Crl.M.P.No.8771 of 2022 in C.A.No.36 of 2022 vide order dated 11.01.2023 on the file of the learned Principal District and 1/3

Session Judge, Villupuram District, Villupuram and set aside the condition to deposit 20% of the compensation amount as cash security before learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Villupuram.

2.However, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer that seeking one month time for complying the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram. Therefore, this Court orders that petitioner is granted one month time from the date of receipt of copy of this order for complying the order dated 11.01.2023, made in Crl.M.P.No.8771 of 2022 in C.A.No.36 of 2022 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
