This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition as the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, N4 Fishing Harbour Police, Chennai instead of in the paragraph 7 (b) that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore Town Police Station and report before the Inspector of Police Station, Vellore everyday at 10:30 a.m., in Crl.O.P.7040 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on both sides, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the paragraph 7 (b) that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore Town Police Station and report before the Inspector of Police Station, Vellore everyday at 10:30 a.m., Crl.O.P.7040 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m, until further orders.. 04.04.2025 vca To:
