The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 12.04.2024 made in W.P.No.16684 of 2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader, by producing a copy of the Government Order dated 13.03.2025 made in G.O.(Ms) No.138, submitted that pursuant to the order 2/4
of this Court, the aforesaid Government Order has been passed and therefore, the order of this Court has been complied with. He further submitted that after mutation of records being effected by the Tahsildar, Patta will be issued in the name of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
