This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 331 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the order dated 21.02.2024 passed in Spl.S.C.No.29 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court (POCSO Act), Nagapattinam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 331 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
