ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., Page No.1 of 4

on first and third Monday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.2465 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3096 of 2024 dated 17.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30926 of 2024 by order dated 12.12.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.2465 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30926 of 2024 dated 17.02.2025 is relaxed.
