This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the respondent herein on 01.04.2015.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and the respondent is directed to take action in accordance with law, as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
