O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.) The petitioner has filed the above contempt petition to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 07.12.2018 passed in W.P.No.29695 of 2018, stating that the respondent failed to demolish the construction made in the land in dispute.

2.The respondent / Tahsildar, has filed a status report wherein it has been stated that except the removed portion in the disputed land, the residual portions of the dwelling house are in Natham patta land bearing R.S.No.566/18, 566/12 and 566/11 vide patta nos.470, 671 and 257 respectively owned by one Sundaravadivelu. 3.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent / Tahsildar submitted that except the construction put up in the patta lands, all the other encroachments were removed by the authorities.

4.In view of the status report filed by the respondent / Tahsildar, we do not find any reason to keep the contempt petition pending.
