ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the 1st respondent on 10.06.2015 and forwarded the same to the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard M/s.F.Arokiya Sahaya Rani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending before the respondent in C.No.85/2015.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in C.No.85 of 2015 expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
