O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6783 of 2018 dated 23.03.2018 has not been complied with.

2. While disposing the said writ petition, this Court has directed the Tamil Nadu Housing Board to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ request of the petitioner to execute the Sale Deed in

favour of the petitioner in respect of Commercial Plot No.C4, Kandhampatti West, Salem, and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.

3. The matter is taken up today for further hearing. The learned standing counsel appearing for the Housing Board submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with through an order dated 20.09.2018 issued by the Executive Engineer, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, wherein and whereby, the request of the petitioner for executing the Sale Deed is rejected.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the said order.

5. Needless to say that if the order is against the interest of the petitioner, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same, separately in a manner known to law.
