2. The property is situated at Chennai. The suit is filed seeking recovery of the advance amount paid under the lease deed. The defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Since the constructions took place within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is sought.

3. Leave is granted. This Application stands allowed. Registry is directed to number the plaint if it is otherwise in order.
