ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the petition filed by the respondent/husband, in H.M.O.P.No.32 of 2014 on the file of Additional Sub Court, Villupuram was transferred to Family Court, Villupuram and renumbered as O.P.No.43 of 2015 and the same was allowed on 31.08.2015. The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the respondent/husband sought for restitution of conjugal rights and the same was allowed on 31.08.2015 and hence nothing survives in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
