Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the fourth respondent in No.1658/PHB/LA 1/WP19414/2011/406 dated 02.08.2012 and the consequential impugned order of the fifth respondent in ID No.184/Leg/14-LD dated 18.11.2014 and ID No.231/Adv/14-LB dated 18.11.2014 and quash the same as highly illegal and against public policy and consequentially direct the second and ninth respondents to initiate appropriate disciplinary and criminal action on 2/6
the sixth, seventh and eighth respondents by impounding the fraudulent Sale Deeds based on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.07.2011. For Petitioner : Mr.K.S.Ilangovan for M/s.Achari and Antoni Associates.

O R D E R
The learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 and the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1, 2, 5 and 9 have made a submission that the grievances of the writ petitioner had already been redressed and departmental disciplinary action had already been taken against the seventh respondent by the Competent Authorities. Further, a criminal complaint was given and a punishment was imposed departmentally on the seventh respondent.

In view of the fact that based on the complaint given by the writ petitioner, the departmental disciplinary proceedings as well as the criminal complaint has been given against the seventh respondent and further, the punishment was imposed on the departmental disciplinary proceedings, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
