ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein arrayed as accused in Crime No.1835 of 2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 448, 427, 324, 307, 506(2), 452, 397, 120(b) of IPC, before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

2. On an earlier occasion, this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail petition on the ground that the allegations against this petitioner and others are grave in nature and they have ransack the shop of the defacto complainant causing damage of property value more than Rs.10,00,000/-.

3. The second anticipatory bail petition is filed on the ground that the petitioner was not in the scene on the date of occurrence. He was travelling towards Dindugul. To prove that, the petitioner has produced certain selfie photographs and bus ticket as alibi. This Court is not inclined to look at those materials for consideration, since CC TV footage and other documents have been seized by the respondent police and in the footage the petitioners' https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

image identified by co-accused. Besides the statement of the coaccused persons also implicates the petitioner. In this case, the abscondence of the petitioner is causing delay in the completion of the investigation. Hence, this Court finds no change of circumstances to entertain the second anticipatory bail.
